Responsibilities

• Define Agile stories for new capabilities
• Perform design and code reviews
• Provide technical direction to the team
• Mentor junior staff in their career development
• Participate in product roadmap discussions
• Develop tools to increase team efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 60 months of experience in software development
• Experience with Java 8+ and .NET
• Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS or GCP
• Proficiency with databases such as Oracle or SQL
