About the Role

The Food and Nutrition Food Service Worker I is responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. You will ensure patient safety and adhere to infection control practices while maintaining a commitment to the organization's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of food.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Support team members in delivering excellent service to patients and staff.
• Adhere to personal appearance standards at all times.
• Utilize systems and processes to enhance patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred.
• Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of hire.
