Donor Service Specialist

About the Role

As a Donor Service Specialist, you will provide world-class service through a variety of communication channels. This role involves supporting donors in their charitable giving journey and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality customer service responses via phone and email
• Deepen client relationships through effective problem analysis
• Practice active listening to understand clients’ charitable needs
• Provide accurate information using online resources
• Help clients navigate the online charitable center
• Support the Grants team with donor inquiries.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of employment experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak.
