About the Role

The Digital Communications Specialist II is responsible for enhancing digital marketing efforts with a strong focus on email marketing. This role includes collaborating with teams to improve strategies, content, and brand standards across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, execution, and management of email marketing and website content.
• Research and implement strategies to maximize digital channel performance.
• Collaborate to improve Canvas' approach to digital channels, focusing on email marketing.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and make recommendations for new media implementation.
• Coordinate and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives.
• Analyze performance results and produce monthly reports for each digital channel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing management.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and email marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize content.
