Advanced Clinical Pharmacist

About the Role

As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist with HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge, you will play a vital role in drug procurement, patient billing, and all aspects of drug compounding and distribution. You will also provide clinical services and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform drug procurement and packaging.
• Provide drug information to health professionals and patients.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians, Interns, and Volunteers.
• Monitor all aspects of drug therapy in the facility.
• Serve as a patient advocate when implementing pharmaceutical care.

Requirements

• Current licensure by the Colorado Board of Pharmacy as a registered Pharmacist.
• BLS and ACLS certification required within the first 2 months of employment.
• Hold a B.S. or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital clinical pharmacy experience or equivalent.
