About the Role

This position offers a comprehensive orientation aimed at equipping nurses new to critical care with essential skills. Employees will engage in direct patient care within a technically advanced environment, emphasizing teamwork and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for exceptional outcomes.
• Precept new healthcare professionals and contribute to their learning.
• Ensure safety and quality at the point of care in the ICU.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
