About the Role

As the Manager of Food Services, you will maintain food quality, customer service excellence, and sanitation standards. This role involves overseeing staffing, training, and day-to-day operations within the food service department.

Responsibilities

• Oversees food service operations, including retail and catering.
• Ensures food quality and cleanliness standards are met.
• Monitors customer satisfaction and manages service issues.
• Hires, trains, and manages staff within food services.
• Manages staffing levels and operational schedules.
• Collaborates with management to set waste reduction goals.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Biology or related field.
• Two years of leadership experience in food service.
• Experience in related field may substitute for educational requirements.
