Clinical Educator Nursing

About the Role

This position will assist in the orientation and ongoing education of clinical staff, focusing on professional development. The Clinical Nurse Educator will work onsite, collaborating with managers and staff to assess and fulfill the learning needs of the department.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies.
• Designs and delivers learning activities and curricula related to clinical competencies.
• Serves as a consultant and mentor for clinical staff.
• Participates in new clinical staff orientation and education activities.
• Requires critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Nursing.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 2 years of nursing experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
