About the Role

As an Advanced Care Partner, you will collaborate with nurses and healthcare providers to deliver direct patient care. This role is essential for those pursuing a nursing career, providing hands-on experience and learning opportunities in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a nurse
• Gathers vital signs and measures blood glucose
• Performs sterile dressing changes and starts peripheral IVs
• Assists patients with personal care and daily living activities
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the care area
• Partners effectively with ancillary team members

Requirements

• Enrolled in an accredited nursing program
• Completion of Med/Surg 1 or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
