Eligibility Supervisor

About the Role

This position ensures accurate and timely service delivery in compliance with regulations. The Supervisor provides leadership and support to staff both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of Human Services Clerks and Eligibility Case Managers.
• Provide coaching and support in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Monitor workload distribution and adjust priorities as needed.
• Review and approve eligibility determinations for compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Four years of experience determining eligibility for public assistance programs required.
• Experience using the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) is necessary.
• Previous leadwork or supervisory experience preferred.
