Caseworker Intern

About the Role

This internship provides an opportunity to assist caseworkers with case management and evaluation. Interns will shadow experienced professionals and gradually take on responsibilities related to client care and support.

Responsibilities

• Shadows case management activities involving complex problems.
• Assists with initial needs assessment and gathering information.
• Reviews case records for client profiles and social problems.
• Shadows assigned caseworker in providing crisis intervention.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program related to child welfare.
• Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License with complying insurance.
• Completion of a criminal background check including fingerprinting.
