Silver Oak Wine Pairing Dinner at Parker Garage

A four-course wine pairing dinner at Parker Garage featuring Silver Oak Cellars, with special guest Kevin Duncan, second-generation Proprietor of Silver Oak and son of co-founder Ray Duncan. Reception at 6pm, dinner at 6:30pm. Each course is paired with a hand-selected Silver Oak wine: pesto flatbread with grilled shrimp, goat cheese, roasted red peppers and crispy prosciutto with the 2025 Silver Oak Sauvignon Blanc; wild mushroom gnocchi in parmesan brodo with the 2022 Twomey Pinot Noir; garlic rubbed lamb chops with BBQ'ed baby carrots and rosemary crema with the 2020 Silver Oak Napa Cabernet and 2021 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet; and a chocolate hazelnut tart alongside a wine the winery has not released before. $125 per person, prepaid through OpenTable, plus tax and gratuity.
