About This Event
The Town of Parker brings back the Parker Proud Showcase — “Your Town, Your Services” — Saturday, Sept. 12 from 1 to 3 p.m. at O'Brien Park. Free, all ages.
It is pitched as a municipal services fair, but the draw for families is the activities: a Rodeo Roper, Touch-a-Truck where kids climb aboard Town vehicles, a live DJ, a video of Town projects and highlights, and giveaways. The Town is also revealing this year's Name a Snowplow contest winners at the event.
Staff from every Town department will be there to answer questions — Town Manager, Town Clerk, Municipal Court, Community Development, Parker Arts, Economic Development, Finance, Human Relations, Information Technology, Parks, Recreation and Open Space, Police, and Public Works/Engineering — along with members of Parker Town Council and the Town's boards and commissions.
