Vago & Oysters Event

Provision Castle Rock hosts an evening with Vago Mezcal and freshly shucked oysters Tuesday May 12th. The night begins with a welcome cocktail and oyster selection, followed by a guided tasting featuring Ensamble en Barro, Espadín by Emigdio, Espadín by Joel, and Vago Elote. Vago co-owner Dylan Sloan will be on hand to share the people, traditions, and decisions behind each pour. Upgrade pours and select bottles available for additional purchase. Prepaid, $95 per person.
