Downtown Castle Rock Sip & Stroll

Downtown Castle Rock's Sip & Stroll returns for a summer edition on Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m. More than 20 local businesses stay open late with refreshing sips, tasty treats, exclusive specials, and plenty of reasons to shop local. Here is how it works: pick up your Sip & Stroll Passport at any participating business during the event, stroll the shops downtown collecting stamps as you enjoy complimentary sips and snacks and discover special offers, then turn in a passport with at least six stamps at the end of the evening for a chance to win a gift card from a participating business. Whether it is a girls' night out, a date night downtown, or simply an excuse to enjoy a summer evening, Sip & Stroll is a great way to explore Castle Rock's local businesses and soak up the downtown atmosphere.
