The Canyons of Heroes Veterans Day Flag Tribute

From November 7-14, American flags line Westbridge Drive at The Canyons in Castle Pines, each one adopted in honor or in memory of someone who served. A $50 dedication includes the veteran's name, branch and a bit of their story; every honoree is featured in a commemorative video and on a community banner. 150 flags are available plus one for each military branch, and proceeds support Rocky Mountain Honor Flight, which flies Colorado veterans to see the memorials built in their honor in Washington, D.C. To adopt a flag, email [email protected] with the veteran's name and info.
