About

4.7(7)

Burns Regional Park is a new regional park taking shape in Sterling Ranch. Its first amenity, opened in July 2025, is a state-of-the-art eight-court pickleball complex — one of the standout outdoor courts in Douglas County.

The pickleball complex features:

    🏓 Eight outdoor courts
🪟 A 10-foot “PickleGlass” glass-wall enclosure that cuts wind and noise while preserving the mountain views
🪑 Court-side seating and shade structures
💧 Paddle rack holders and water fountains
    ⛰️ Sweeping Rocky Mountain vistas

Courts run on a reservation system through the Sterling Ranch CAB — free for Sterling Ranch residents and open to the public for a fee. More park amenities are planned for future phases, and the park doubles as the launch site for Sterling Ranch's community fireworks.
