Posh Cakes is a Parker bakery specializing in cakes, custom cakes, and cupcakes — from caramel apple pies to brownies, dessert bars, and banana nut bread. Walk-in cupcakes are available every open day, with rotating weekly flavors; gluten-free options run through the week and vegan options land Thursdays through Saturdays.

Signature-design cakes need just 48 hours' notice (with a handwritten message in gold), custom designs need 1–2 weeks, and they bake extra cakes daily — a signature design can often be decorated in about 15 minutes if you call. The shop is tucked into the corner of the complex shared with Los Volcanes, Freakys and Dominos on S Parker Road, and also stocks candles, cards, and gifts.
