Coming soon. GQue BBQ, the Colorado hickory-smoked barbecue chain, is coming to 18424 Cottonwood Dr in Parker's Crown Point Center — the former Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers space. A Town of Parker permit for the address describes a "remodel of existing Freddy's restaurant to a new GQue BBQ restaurant," with new exterior finishes, exterior building lighting, and a new security fence and gate to enclose new smokers on the south side of the building. No opening date has been announced.
GQue BBQ already has a Douglas County location at GQue BBQ Lone Tree inside Park Meadows, plus locations in Westminster, Lakewood, and Thornton. This would be the brand's first Parker restaurant.
