About
Tall Tales Ranch is a nonprofit whose mission is to “actively partner with adults living with I/DD in their pursuit of full and enriched lives by creating and sustaining radically inclusive communities and opportunities.” Its planned residential campus in Lone Tree, Colorado is described on its site as “28 residential units designed to house up to 32 residents,” mostly one-bedroom apartments, alongside “The Peggy” clubhouse and community center, “The Barn” (home to Tall Tales Coffee Company, event space and community gathering space), cottage residences, a community garden, walking paths and RTD light rail access. The project is listed as coming soon.
