About
Update (January 2026): Jack's Lone Tree is temporarily closed for an extended period following a fire. Reopening at the end of April, 2026.
Jack's Modern Steakhouse defines the modern steakhouse experience at 9155 Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree. This stunning two-story, 5,700 sq ft restaurant is the second location from award-winning Jack's on Pearl—Denver's #1 Yelp-rated steakhouse, Wine Spectator Award winner, and 2024 People's Choice Best Steak in Colorado.
Wood-Fired Excellence
Jack's chefs use a signature blend of oak and pecan wood for added depth and character in every dish. The Lone Tree location serves exclusively Australian Wagyu beef, wet-aged 60-90 days for maximum tenderness. Try the Wagyu Ribeye ($88) Champion Style—topped with duck fat fried cheesy potato cakes.
Colorado's Premier Dry-Aged Seafood
Jack's pioneered large-scale dry-aged fish in Colorado. Watch fish aging 7-28 days through glass before it hits your plate. The award-winning Triple Combo Sashimi ($32) features rotating selections—the otoro is exceptional. Lemongrass Scallops ($48) come with forbidden black rice. Shells on Fire ($36) delivers shrimp and scallops in real sea shells with addictive yuzu coconut sauce.
Bar & Cocktails
Curated wine list (Wine Spectator Award), inventive cocktails, 12 local draft beers, and a serious whiskey cabinet featuring Colorado's own Laws and Stranahan's. Signature Jack's Smoked Old Fashioned ($17) and premium Soft N' Smokey ($25)—barrel-aged Stranahan's. Several cocktails arrive lit on fire.
Happy Hour Daily 2:30–5pm
All dishes $20: Champion Filet Bites, Wagyu Sliders, Jack's Steak Tacos, Chilean Sea Bass Tacos, sushi rolls. Wines $13, cocktails $15, beers $7.
Weekend Brunch Sat–Sun 10am–2pm

First-timer? The Quadruple Combo Sashimi is exceptional—the otoro melts in your mouth. Shells on Fire ($36) is a showstopper: shrimp and scallops in real sea shells with yuzu coconut sauce you'll want to drink straight. Get the Crispy Asian Brussels Sprouts as a side. For steaks, the Australian Wagyu Ribeye medium-rare Champion Style comes topped with duck fat fried cheesy potato cakes. Watch fish dry-aging through glass (7-28 days). Main floor is white-tablecloth refined; upstairs bar is more relaxed with mountain views. The bar has fire cocktails and serious Colorado whiskey (Laws, Stranahan's). Desserts rotate—recent hits: creme brulee key lime pie, blueberry cheesecake. GF options throughout.
