About
Now open in Highlands Ranch. SweatHouz (styled SWTHZ), a private infrared sauna and cold plunge studio, has opened at 9364 S Colorado Blvd, Suite C-2A. Sessions run 60 minutes in your own private contrast-therapy suite — an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, and an en-suite vitamin-C shower, so you move from heat to cold and rinse off without leaving the room. The brand describes contrast therapy as going straight from a deliberate heat source into a cold plunge to recharge your mind and body, and promotes it for recovery, sleep, mood, and inflammation.
