I grabbed a two-meat, one-side plate for lunch: brisket, smoked sausage, and slaw (which came with a soft roll). I also did a little sauce tour — Carolina, Kansas City, and Memphis Sweet. Woodhill Small Batch BBQ is a Douglas County food truck with no fixed storefront. Owners Keith and Jodi bring “over 15 years of experience on the BBQ circuit,” and the truck shows up at community events, brewery pop-ups and festivals around the county. Find the day’s stop on their online calendar.
