The Donut House is a family-owned and operated bakery from Omar Dieyleh and family, who opened their original Aurora shop in 2009 and have grown to six Colorado locations — this one on Wilcox Street in downtown Castle Rock. Donuts are hand-made fresh every day: glazed, old-fashioned, cake, and fluffy raised, alongside other pastries.
With doors open 6am to 5pm, seven days a week, it keeps donut hours later than most — an afternoon dozen is actually on the table.
