Learn about the Couples Dinner →Parker Dinner Club: common questions
Where in Parker do the dinners happen?
Old Town Parker — every venue we use is on or just off Mainstreet, all locally-owned. Recent dinners: Black+Haus Tavern, Kurosawa, Wolf Peach Public House, Ovest Via Ristorante, Cencalli Taqueria, Spice Kitchen, Indochine Cuisine, and Portofino Pizza & Pasta.
Where is the after-party?
Parker Garage — right on Mainstreet, walkable from most Old Town venues. A couple of the restaurants in our rotation sit a short drive from Old Town, so plan to drive over from those.
How do you match the tables?
When you sign up, you fill out a quick 2-minute quiz — age band, interests, what you’re looking for, even fun stuff like picking the emoji that best represents you. We seat 6 per table around overlapping interests. Couples can request to sit together.
Can I walk between dinner and the after-party?
For most Parker dinners, yes — Old Town Parker is compact and most venues sit on or just off Mainstreet, walkable to Parker Garage. A couple of restaurants in the rotation are a short drive from Old Town, so it’s worth checking the spot once it’s revealed.
Singles dinners or couples dinners?
Both attend Parker dinners — singles, couples, and new-to-town locals. For an all-couples table (no singles mixed in), see our Couples Dinner page for the next dates; Parker Couples dinners are announced on the email list.
Are the restaurants locally owned?
Yes — every venue in the Parker rotation is locally owned. Supporting Old Town Parker’s small businesses is part of why we do this, and a lot of attendees say the best part is trying a restaurant they’d driven past for years.
Do you have vegan / vegetarian options?
Yes. Spice Kitchen Parker has the strongest vegan menu of any spot in our Parker rotation, and most Parker venues we use have solid vegetarian entrées. Flag dietary needs when you sign up and we’ll seat you accordingly.
What does dinner cost?
$19.99 reservation fee to hold your seat. You pay the restaurant separately for food and drinks. Most Old Town Parker venues run $25–$50 a head.
Is there a community for past attendees?
Yes — anyone who’s attended a dinner gets added to our private DougCo Social Dinner Club Facebook group. Alumni share their favorite Parker spots, plan meetups between dinners, and get early word on the next event.
