24 Hour Fitness Castle Rock reopens Wednesday, May 27, 2026 after a full club renovation. The Super-Sport tier club at 5745 New Abbey Ln is opening its doors from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. that day for tours and member access; regular hours resume after that.
The renovation details below come directly from the club's general manager.
What's new
- 50 pieces of new equipment across the floor.
- Expanded Zone. The functional-training area now has more legroom plus additional upper-body equipment in a larger overall footprint.
- New flooring and paint throughout the club.
- Reformer24™ private Pilates studio. The remodel adds Reformer24, 24 Hour Fitness's private reformer Pilates concept — a controlled-access room with premium reformers and an on-demand library of 800+ classes, plus a live-instruction option. Reformer24: the new private reformer Pilates studio
One of the standout additions from the remodel is Reformer24™, 24 Hour Fitness's private reformer Pilates concept, and Castle Rock is getting it. As of early July 2026 the studio was being finalized, with lobby signage up and a launch expected shortly. Here's how it works, per the in-club signage and 24 Hour Fitness:
- Private access. Your own controlled-access Pilates room with premium reformers — no crowded class floor, no distractions.
- 800+ sessions, all levels, anytime. An on-demand library of over 800 reformer classes, beginner to advanced, played on an in-studio kiosk so you move at your own pace.
- Two ways to train: On-Demand only (the full class library on your schedule) or Live + On-Demand (instructor-led classes plus the full on-demand library).
