PRN IR Nurse

About the Role

As a PRN IR Nurse at AdventHealth, you will provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care while managing resources and patient flow. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans that respect individual needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes time, personnel, equipment, and supplies effectively to provide high-quality patient care.
• Manages patient flow by matching nursing competencies with individual patient needs.
• Assesses patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient.
• Delivers relationship-based care, engaging patients in all aspects of care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) License Required
• Associate’s of Nursing Required, Bachelor’s of Nursing Preferred
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) Required
• 1+ years nursing experience preferred in interventional radiology
• Critical care experience preferred
• Advanced IV skill set preferred

Compensation

• Base pay: $34.26 - $59.24/hr
