About the Role

As a PRN IR Nurse at AdventHealth, you will provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care while managing resources and patient flow. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans that respect individual needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

Utilizes time, personnel, equipment, and supplies effectively to provide high-quality patient care.
Manages patient flow by matching nursing competencies with individual patient needs.
Assesses patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient.
Delivers relationship-based care, engaging patients in all aspects of care.

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) License Required
Associate’s of Nursing Required, Bachelor’s of Nursing Preferred
Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) Required
1+ years nursing experience preferred in interventional radiology
Critical care experience preferred
Advanced IV skill set preferred

Compensation

Base pay: $34.26 - $59.24/hr
