About the Role
In this role, you will evaluate patient needs and develop personalized therapy plans. You'll be collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patient abilities and developing personalized treatment plans
- Delivering evidence-based interventions that restore movement and reduce pain
- Monitoring progress and ensuring accurate documentation
- Educating patients and families on safe practices
- Collaborating across disciplines for patient-centered care
- Mentoring therapy assistants while upholding values of excellence and compassion
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment
- 2 years of experience required
