About the Role

Occupational Therapists play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and quality of life after illness or injury. You will deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to each patient's unique goals and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating each patient’s functional abilities and needs.
• Developing individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians.
• Delivering skilled, evidence-based interventions that promote healing.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Educating patients and families throughout the recovery process.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary partners to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Requirements

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association accredited school.
• Maintains current registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Occupational Therapy Certification in the State of Colorado.
• Current certification in BLS for HealthCare Providers.
• Successful completion of clinical rotation or work experience in relevant settings.
