About the Role

In this role, you will perform EEGs both in the laboratory and for critically ill patients at their bedside. You will be responsible for accurate lead placement and patient monitoring in collaboration with the medical team.

Responsibilities

• Perform EEGs in the laboratory and at the bedside of critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and provide feedback to the clinical team.
• Ensure correct lead placement and follow the 10/20 system guidelines.
• Assist in keeping accurate patient records and data collection.

Requirements

• Eligible to take ABRET EEG board exam within a year of employment.
• Current BCLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited Electroneurodiagnostic technology program or equivalent training.
• Minimum of 1 year patient care experience or 3 months of Clinical EEG experience.
