About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in Labor and Delivery, you will influence patient care through collaborative relationships and procedural planning. You will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care to support optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with admission and discharge processes
- Participate in the assessment of patient care services
- Collaborate with management and nursing staff
- Manage staff scheduling and labor
- Support inventory control and resource management
Requirements
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days
- Neonate Resuscitation certification within 30 days
- 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery preferred
- Registered Nurse with Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree
