About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated manager to oversee our Women's Children's Services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of patient and employee satisfaction while maintaining adequate staffing and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems for high levels of patient care and satisfaction.
• Supervise nursing staff and manage unit scheduling.
• Participate in hospital committees and facilitate unit meetings.
• Implement unit-specific goals and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Colorado or multistate nursing license.
• BCLS and ACLS certification required; AWHONN preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a health-related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical RN experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
