Estimator - Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers - Spring 2026

About the Role

As an Estimator, you will work with our Infrastructure Design Department to support various disciplines. Your role will be crucial in providing constructability input and value engineering for preliminary project plans.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret Contract Documents (RFP, specifications, etc.)
• Perform all tasks related to quantity takeoff and pricing of design-build projects in the infrastructure market
• Coordinate with estimators and engineers/designers for constructability input
• Participate in Task Force Meetings, brainstorms, and working sessions
• Identify, quantify, and communicate Risk throughout the estimating process
• Perform site visits and investigations as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred
• GPA above 3.0 preferred
• 0-2 years’ experience in estimating
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
