CT Technologist Weekends

About the Role

As a CT Technologist, you will utilize advanced imaging technology to capture detailed images of patients' internal structures. Your role will involve preparing patients, operating CT scanners, and ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners to produce cross-section images for diagnosis.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist in training or mentoring junior staff as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of a 24-month AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Certification by ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) and current BLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of diagnostic experience, with CT experience preferred.
• Solid to expert knowledge of CT procedures.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Associate Degree or vocational school graduate.
