About the Role

Campus Technicians provide on-site technical support for escalated technical issues and assist employees with their technical needs. They play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by delivering timely technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with technical guidance or direction
• Provide desktop and remote support to Kiewit employees
• Respond to all assigned tickets in a timely manner
• Research and resolve escalated trouble tickets
• Document all trouble tickets accurately
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and team members

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft operating and office systems
• Knowledgeable with Apple devices and iOS
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (40+ lbs)
