About the Role

This position is based at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital, providing onsite respiratory therapy. The role involves delivering top-level patient care and requires engagement with a multidisciplinary team to optimize care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope practice in direct patient care environment
• Manage ventilator integration and airway management
• Value and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Model proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
• Participate in clinical ladders and process improvement projects

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
• Valid state licensure
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• PALS Certification and Neonatal Resuscitation Program
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
