Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preventive maintenance of building mechanical systems and equipment on a scheduled and occasional basis.
• --- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with other trades.
• --- Maintain necessary records and reports.
• --- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems, such as motor lubrication, filters, pumps, belts, valves, etc.
• --- May be responsible for maintenance of back flow systems.
• --- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
