Responsibilities

Provides daily rounding, assessment and management of post operative orthopedic and neurosurgery patients in collaboration with surgeons/APP’s
Evaluates and manage medical co morbidities and post-surgical complications to optimize recovery and outcomes
Participates in multidisciplinary rounds to ensure effective communication, discharge planning and timely patient throughout
Assist with floor admissions and transfers for the orthopedic and neurosurgery service line
Participate in staff education through various educational modalities
Participates in committees and meetings as needed or assigned
Responds to clinical, documentation queries in a timely manner
Maintains current understanding of regulatory environment

Compensation

Base pay: $104K - $193K/yr
