Responsibilities
- Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner.
- Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability on time and within compliance standard.
- Establishing a range of automated marketing campaigns based on a set of criteria.
- Reviewing existing marketing campaigns across the business and automating where appropriate.
- Provide a problem solving and determination when 'point of escalation' to platform owner(s) marketing platform team is needed for technical support or QA.
Requirements
- 10+ years Hands on experience in deploying and managing a Salesforce, Marketo marketing automation instance (or enterprise marketing automation platform) at the global, enterprise, level (campaigns, programs, nurture programs, lead scoring, routing, best practices, and success / reporting metrics)
- 3+ years people management experience in a fast-paced setting
- Expert in landing page user experience and optimization strategies
- Experience working with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Superior project management and organization skills with high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Self-motivated, able to plan work effort and manage to schedule and prioritize
- Hands-on Marketo experience in an advanced/admin capacity, Marketo certified preferred
- Innovative thinker, creative problem solver
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build consensus, and communicate your ideas
- Ability to excel in a dynamic fast-paced, highly demanding environment
Compensation
- Pay Range in the United States: $142,000 – $150,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 15% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
