If you have a background in people management within a Reimbursement environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Reimbursement Operations team at the global leader in implantable hearing devices!
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 10+ reimbursement specialists
- 3-week comprehensive training experience
- Flexible schedule within the hours of operation of the region you support
- Hybrid work environment with a combination of in-office and work from home. Three days in office, two remote.
- Provide guidance to team members when questions or concerns arise and being a subject matter expert on insurance related situations
- Evaluate and adjust team member work and region assignments based on team member's knowledge, skill set and business need
- Hold team members accountable for assigned tasks by monitoring and appraising performance, providing feedback timely and engaging in disciplinary action when applicable
- Identify areas for improvement and training needs within the team and communicating this information to fellow leadership and Talent Development as necessary. Responsible for providing feedback to cross-functional business partners when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- 2‐4 Years of Experience
- 1‐2+ years of leadership and/or coaching experience
- Extensive knowledge of government insurance and commercial insurance
Compensation
- Target Salary Range in the United States: $70,000 - $80,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 7.5% of base salary. Compensation offered to candidate may vary based on work experience, education and/or skill level.
