RN Infusion

About the Role

This role involves planning and evaluating patient care related to infusion services to optimize outcomes. It requires collaboration across disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care related to infusion services based on patient assessment.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides education.
• Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
