About the Role
This role provides numerous learning opportunities through independent study, formal training, mentorship, and on-the-job practice. The aim is for the IETS Analyst to develop the necessary skills to work autonomously within the IETS team.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply company procedures, project requirements, and Systems Engineering standards.
- Review documents to identify and document technical and non-technical requirements.
- Support Requirements Management activities including requirements capture and traceability.
- Coordinate and communicate with teams to clarify requirements and complete assigned tasks.
- Use project tools to maintain current project data and support updates.
- Identify lessons learned and opportunities for improving processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Smartsheet
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and plan tasks effectively
- Experience with Requirements Management Tools preferred
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering fundamentals preferred
