Integrative Engineering Analyst

About the Role

This role provides numerous learning opportunities through independent study, formal training, mentorship, and on-the-job practice. The aim is for the IETS Analyst to develop the necessary skills to work autonomously within the IETS team.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply company procedures, project requirements, and Systems Engineering standards.
• Review documents to identify and document technical and non-technical requirements.
• Support Requirements Management activities including requirements capture and traceability.
• Coordinate and communicate with teams to clarify requirements and complete assigned tasks.
• Use project tools to maintain current project data and support updates.
• Identify lessons learned and opportunities for improving processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Smartsheet
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and plan tasks effectively
• Experience with Requirements Management Tools preferred
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering fundamentals preferred
