Systems Engineer

About the Role

In this position, you will use systems engineering processes to oversee program execution, baseline change management, and report metrics. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.

Responsibilities

• Use systems engineering processes to perform and oversee control aspects of program(s) execution.
• Analyze proposed changes of product design or requirements to determine overall impact.
• Lead hardware reviews and participate in physical configuration audits.
• Coordinate and manage modification records including contract modifications.
• Provide training and guidance on Configuration & Data Management (C&DM) processes.
• Review and analyze engineering change data and coordinate changes with various departments.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Systems Engineering processes, Configuration & Data Management elements.
• Experience with Government contracts and Contract Deliverable Requirement Lists (CDRL).
• Proficient with data management products like PTC Windchill or EPDM systems.
• Previous experience as a team lead and mentoring junior members.
• Adept in Microsoft Office applications.
