About the Role

As a Clinical Inpatient Pharmacist, you will provide comprehensive pharmacy support leveraging evidence-based protocols to ensure patient safety. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will focus on optimizing care outcomes while contributing to a culture of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope pharmacy support utilizing evidence-based protocols.
• Ensure medications are prescribed, accurately dispensed, and administered according to best practices.

• Stay current with medication formularies and emerging medical research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• State licensure as a Pharmacist.
• Relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
