Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments and follow-ups according to physician requests.
• Informs patients about appointment details and necessary items to bring.
• Collects and verifies patient demographics and insurance information.
• Verifies insurance eligibility for governmental payors.
• Reviews patient accounts for outstanding balances.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking and judgement skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
