Business Manager, Ortho and Neuro

About the Role

This role provides essential oversight for the operational and clinical aspects of the ortho and neuro service lines. The manager will report on performance indices and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes business and clinical projects.
• Develops communication plans to engage key constituents.
• Researches barriers to effective service delivery.
• Creates reports for monitoring re-engineered processes.
• Conducts needs assessment and planning to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 3 years of healthcare experience, including complex project management.
• Experience in process facilitation, outcomes reporting, and change management.
