About the Role

Provides leadership, support, and coordination of unit's daily operations during designated shift.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, support, and coordination of unit's daily operations during designated shift.
• Assists in directing, organizing, and prioritizing all shift activities to ensure patient care and staff needs are met.
• Ensures appropriateness of admissions/cases to the unit/department and that appropriate staff skill mix exists to provide safe patient care.
• Participates in the interviewing and selection process for new staff.
• Provide feedback and recommendations regarding current staff performance.

• Basic Life Support – BLS Cert [Required]

Compensation

• Base pay: $35.04 - $65.17/hr
