About the Role
Responsible for the preventive maintenance of building mechanical systems and equipment on a scheduled and occasional basis.
Responsibilities
- Inspect all systems and equipment on a regular basis
- Make determinations on necessary preventive maintenance activities
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with other trades
- Makes recommendations for purchase of equipment and supplies
- Maintain necessary records and reports
- May be responsible for maintenance of back flow systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems, such as motor lubrication, filters, pumps, belts, valves, etc
Requirements
- High School or Equivalent (Required)
- Backflow Prevention Certification - ASSE
Compensation
- Base pay: $23.74 - $37.83/hr
