About the Role

Responsible for the preventive maintenance of building mechanical systems and equipment on a scheduled and occasional basis.

Responsibilities

Inspect all systems and equipment on a regular basis
Make determinations on necessary preventive maintenance activities
Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with other trades
Makes recommendations for purchase of equipment and supplies
Maintain necessary records and reports
May be responsible for maintenance of back flow systems
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems, such as motor lubrication, filters, pumps, belts, valves, etc

Requirements

High School or Equivalent (Required)
Backflow Prevention Certification - ASSE

Compensation

Base pay: $23.74 - $37.83/hr
