Responsibilities

  • Assist in initiating a Town-Wide PC Replacement Program.
  • Work with customers in every department Town-Wide.
  • Throughout the PC Replacement Program project will work both in a team environment – contributing to planning the deployment process and independently installing hardware and supporting users on-site in different departments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of PC Hardware, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft operating systems, imaging, and basic networking skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows 11, M365, printer setup, Lenovo laptops and peripherals.
  • Ability to communicate and answer questions from non-technical staff on how to use hardware and software solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, track, and report and resolve issues with a demonstrated skill in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
