About the Role

As a Charge Nurse, you will coordinate patient care across various departments while developing and implementing individualized care plans. Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and managing daily schedules to maintain staffing and equipment availability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across various departments, including PACU and inpatient units.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Manage daily schedules and oversee the endoscopy schedule.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and equipment availability.

Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's of Nursing (Preferred)
• 1+ acute care hospital experience (Preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) (Required)
• Supervision experience and skills required.
